Consistently listed among the top 100 hotels around the world by Travel + Leisure and Condé Nast Traveler, The Brewery Gulch Inn continues to be an incredible supporter of Winesong. This partnership is a win-win all the way around as guests to Winesong rave about this gorgeous boutique inn perched on a bluff top overlooking the Pacific. Stunning doesn’t begin to describe the inn. One of the things we find most interesting about Brewery Gulch Inn is that it’s constructed entirely of eco-salvaged redwood skinner logs that were pulled from nearby Big River. We also love their menus that change with the seasons so that guests enjoy the freshest, locally sourced ingredients in their meals.
Owner Guy Pacurar along with his wife Sarah Schoeneman have also been producing small batch wines under their label Fathers & Daughters Cellars. Handcrafted by winemaker Phillip Baxter (from last week’s feature), Fathers & Daughters produces Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Gewurztraminer and a rustic sparkling (a pétillant naturel ). These wines are made from grapes exclusively from Anderson Valley’s storied Ferrington Vineyards, and it shows! We encourage guests attending Winesong to also check out A Pinot Noir Celebration the day before, as this is where you can meet owners Guy & Sarah and sample their lush Pinot Noir! And if you need a place to stay…don’t forget they have that glorious little inn on the bluff!
