Ways To Get Involved…

Winesong is the premier fundraising event benefiting the Mendocino Coast District Hospital and produced by the Hospital Foundation.  In an effort to fully support the hospital through revenues generated, we look to community partners to support Winesong while also reaching a desirable consumer demographic.

Advertising…

There are a number of opportunities to advertise your products or services in the printed and broadcast promotions Winesong does leading up to our full weekend of events and including in our tasting map and our auction program.

Donors / Vendors…

Winesong is a charity auction that relies on donations for fundraising. To this end donors are another crucial facet of our event. Donors for event day are broken down into two categories: ‘Donor’ and ‘Vendor’.  ‘Donor’ designates individuals or businesses who have provided an actual item that we can auction off and ‘Vendor” designates businesses who not only are providing auction items, but are also participating in the Food & Wine tasting portion of our event. Both of these are priceless roles and we welcome inquiries.

Host a Table…

Individuals and businesses may choose to purchase a Hospitality Table in the live auction to entertain guests, incentivize employees, or for guests of Winesong.  This table will have added benefit to display your business or organizations’ promotional materials.

Sponsorships…

Sponsorship is the life-blood of any non-profit. In this category you’ll find business and community members who have chosen to provide our organization with funding, goods or services that we in turn use to make Winesong happen. While the funding portion of sponsorship needs no explanation, not everyone knows that sponsors providing goods or services are every bit as needed and welcome.

Cash Sponsorships – Winesong offers various levels of sponsorship ranging from $2,500 up to $25,000.  Our sponsorship package benefits include hospitality, integrated onsite promotion, social media inclusion, website presence, and advertising based on the level of sponsorship.

In-Kind Sponsorships – Winesong is the premier fundraising event benefiting the Mendocino Coast District Hospital and produced by the Hospital Foundation.  In an effort to fully support the hospital through revenues generated, we look to community partners to support Winesong while also reaching a desirable consumer demographic.

Acknowledgements for sponsorship are provided within the Tasting Map, in the Auction Catalog, on our website, and onsite at the event.  Promotion based on level of sponsorship.

Underwriters…

Individuals and businesses may choose to underwrite an auction lot. Not all trips or overnight experiences are donated, and when that happens, the Winesong team determines if the expense of offering the particular auction lot will be worth the investment.  You can help by underwriting any costs or a portion of the costs associated with the auction lot.

Acknowledgements for auction lot underwriter are provided within the auction catalog for the specific lot.  IF the auction lot is in the Live Auction, and is part of a trip, further promotion/acknowledgement is provided via auctioneer, PowerPoint presentation slide, event website, and ‘trip board’.
